To be honest, not much!
Okay, Canning Highway might not be ideal BUT talk about easy access to main roads!
There's so much room for parking too; easily 4 cars, or a boat or trailer, or if you are a stock standard house hold with one or two cars, there's plenty of room to turn around so you don't have to reverse onto Canning Highway, you can just drive straight out.
The kitchen is a bit dated but is CLEAN and functional, it probably has more cupboard space than some of the newer places. Yeah, okay it has an electric hotplate for cooking but once you get used to them, they aren't so bad.
The air-con "situation" isn't ideal either, there's one air con in one bedroom, and 2 of the other bedrooms have ceiling fans and unfortunately that's it. Coming into the cooler months now, hopefully that's not too much of an issue.

If you are looking for a home with a little bit of character and plenty of room, then just come and have a look. I think you'll find the positives of this property out way the negatives.
